BURNOUT - PREVENTION AND RESTORATION

In our fast-paced lives, burnout has become an all-too-common experience. Our Burnout Prevention and Restoration Workshop uses the latest research from the field of psychology and is based on a Christian worldview. It is designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to combat burnout, restore balance, and foster resilience.

    • What is burnout? Recognising the signs and symptoms.
    • Self-assessment of level of burnout 
    • Differentiating between stress and burnout.
    • Identifying personal risk factors.

    • Christian and psychological techniques to manage stress.
